Postal Blue, an indie pop band out of Brazil creates music reminiscent of both Belle and Sebastian and early REM jangle pop. Lead singer, Adriano Ribeiro's sweet and singular vocals echo Stuart Murdoch's sound, while their jangly guitars conjure up REM's Life's Rich Pageant or Murmur LP.
